The Australian Yellowbelly Championships will take place in 2010 at a number of locations across NSW.

Locations were picked for their reputations as being great Golden Perch fisheries. 
At each of our rounds anglers get to compete for some great cash and prizes plus the chance to qualify for the end of year Grand Final.

These events are lure and fly only. Cast and retrieve as well as trolling are permitted in our comps but we are strictly a catch and release tournament. Fish are taken to designated marshals that will be located at strategic locations around the dams to measure and record your fish.

These events are teams based and anglers will be competing against the best of the best at the end of the year. So to even make it to the Grand Final through our qualifying rounds will be a great achievement.

It won’t be easy. So come on, grab a partner, whether it is your mate or a family member, and enjoy some great fishing in some fantastic locations and catch up with other people who also enjoy this great sport of ours.

Our comps are fully insured and angler’s safety is a priority when fishing our events.
